Welcome to Jackson Downs Wines and Liquors. By accessing or using our website, visiting our store, or ordering through our delivery partners, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in Tennessee, to purchase alcohol from us. By using this site, you represent that you are legally permitted to buy alcohol under Tennessee law.

2. Product Sales

  • All alcohol sales are subject to applicable federal law and Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a purchase if age verification fails or if we suspect unlawful activity.

  • Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change without notice.

3. Purchases and Delivery

  • Purchases are completed in-store. Our website is informational and does not currently process online orders.

  • Delivery is offered through third-party platforms such as DoorDash and is subject to those platforms' terms, service areas, and fees.

  • A valid government-issued ID and an adult recipient 21 or older are required at the time of any alcohol delivery. Alcohol cannot be left unattended, and a delivery may be refused if no eligible recipient is available or the recipient appears intoxicated.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices shown on this website are informational and may differ from in-store or third-party platform pricing. Taxes and fees may apply.

  • In-store purchases are paid at the time of sale. Payment for delivery orders is handled by the applicable third-party platform.

  • We are not responsible for errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.

5. Returns

  • Due to Tennessee alcohol regulations, returns and refunds of alcoholic beverages are restricted and, in most cases, prohibited.

  • If a product purchased in-store is defective, or an item received through a delivery partner arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help resolve it. Orders placed through a delivery platform may also be subject to that platform's resolution process.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Misrepresent your age or identity.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the site or systems.

  • Resell products where prohibited by Tennessee law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, images, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Jackson Downs Wines and Liquors and may not be copied without permission.
